We urge you to make sure you have holiday insurance to cover covid-19 for medical and isolation expenses while on holiday as this is your responsibility.


1 -A deposit will be taken if the start of your holiday is more than 14 weeks away from the time you make a booking.
2 - The deposit is due within 7 days of booking your accommodation.
3 - You can pay by: card or  bank  transfer - give us a call.
4 - If we do not received the deposit within 7 days of booking, you may loose your reservation.
5 - Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable

Full Payment

1 -  Full payment is required if the booking is less than 14 weeks from the booking date.
2 - All other full payments must be made in full 12 weeks before your arrival date
3 - Cancelations for whatever reason within 12 weeks of arrival date - you are still obliged to pay the full booking amount. We urge you to cover this risk. We can provide documents to assist you with any claim, but the total amount must be paid..


1 - We do not accept cash upon arrival.
2 - Changes to bookings may incur an additional administration fee.
3 - In exceptional circumstances, we receive the right to transfer you to alternative accommodation. Please note - you will not be entitled to compensation
4 - We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of accommodation at time of booking
5 - For accommodation with TV, we cannot confirm which channels will be showing.
6 - Complex works can be carried out at anytime in the year but unless an emergency they will take place during working hours.
7 - We will try our best to inform our customers of any pending disruptions during their booking.
